// Trigger Control
Shots drift low-left
Groups land low and toward the support side (low-left for right-handers), especially at distance or speed.
Likely causes
- Pushing the gun forward or down in anticipation of recoil.
- Jerking the trigger, or milking it with the other fingers.
- Too much finger on the trigger pulling the muzzle across.
Fixes & cues
- 01Press the trigger straight back with only the trigger finger moving.
- 02Keep the dot still through the shot — watch it lift, not dip.
- 03Mix in dummy rounds to see the push; it shows clearly on a dead trigger.
- 04Hold a steady grip; don't add pressure at the moment the shot breaks.
Drill path
Work top to bottom. Move on once you meet a drill's standard.
